The primary appraisal service I provides is commercial appraisals for lenders and individual investors. I am a qualified expert witness and have testified in court on numerous occasions. I am a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas and Florida. Primary market area of south Louisiana.
